Our founder and CEO Vi Nguyen has been at the forefront of technology for over 20 years in consulting, start ups, corporates and government in Australia, Sweden and Vietnam. She has worked for Boston Consulting Group, KPMG, Macquarie Bank, Australian Taxation Office, Volvo Cars, Swedish Space Corporation, Australian AgriFood Data Exchange and has founded a not for profit to provide education in remote regions of Vietnam.
After starting her career as a software engineer and driving countless digital innovations across the corporate landscape, she founded Ryka with the vision to offer practical tech advisory that adopts a nature-inspired approach in the design and delivery of a digital roadmap and strategy.
She believes embracing biomimicry in strategy builds sustainable and resilient organisations and is dedicated to supporting her clients navigate an AI and tech future. A catalyst for change, an innovator, she brings a wealth of hands-on experience to her clients and team.
